Rubber Diamond V-Wheel Burs
These diamond rubber v-wheel burs are used to cut, sand, and polish glass, gemstone, metal, porcelain, and other hard lapidary carvings.
Specifications
V-Wheel disc burs are available in 2 sizes (± 1 mm):
- 12 mm diameter with 2 mm tapered thickness, permanently bonded mandrel
- 27 mm diameter with 2 mm tapered thickness, installed to mandrel with a mounting screw
Burs are mounted to a 3/32 inch steel mandrel to fit Dremel, Foredom, and other quick-change and standard rotary handpieces compatible with 2.35 mm (3/32 in) shanks. Recommended speed range of 11000-14000rpm during use. You can extend the life of your burs with the optional use of 412 Slick Lube diamond tool lubricant.
Available in a range of color-coded diamond grits designed to be used in a sequence:
- Black Super-Coarse grit
- Green Coarse grit
- Blue Medium grit
- Red Fine grit
- Yellow Extra-fine grit
- Grey Ultra-fine grit
