Use Lapcraft's Microsol silicone-based extender fluid with diamond compound on canvas polishing pads and other polishing pads, phenolic laps, with Lapidary Diamond Compound Paste. Use about one drop of Microsol per six drops of diamond compound to help spread compound over your polishing pad, lap or bur.
